**Summary of Complaint:** A clicking sound occurs randomly during acceleration, deceleration, and when driving over bumpy roads. Despite bringing the vehicle to an authorized Volkswagen (VW) dealer three times, they were unable to diagnose or resolve the issue. The vehicle is only 2.5 years old and still under warranty. **Detailed Description:** 1. **Symptoms:** A random clicking sound is heard under the following conditions: - When accelerating - When decelerating - While driving on uneven or bumpy roads 2. **Attempts to Resolve:** The vehicle was brought to a VW dealership on three separate occasions. Despite their inspections, they were unable to identify the source of the problem. 3. **Vehicle Details:** The car is relatively new, only 2.5 years old, and remains within the manufacturer's warranty period. 4. **Concerns:** The unresolved issue may pose a safety risk, particularly if the sound is related to critical drivetrain or suspension components. Additionally, repeated unsuccessful repair attempts by the dealer are frustrating. **Resolution Sought:** I would like the NHTSA to review this issue and investigate whether this is a broader concern with similar VW models. I hope VW can be held accountable for properly diagnosing and fixing the problem under warranty.
