Jetta LLL 4.0L

The warning claxon was to indicate an unsafe speed in a turn. It now sounds off at will, not stopping for a few minutes or until the engine is turned off. No mechanic I have talked to has ever heard of this warning claxon. The sound comes out of the panel that has the ABS indicator on it.
