Dashboard panel lights are inoperative, causing loss of visibility. Also at 40,000 miles brake system became inoperative.

Instrument dash light bulbs failed twice.

Dash lights were replaced 3 times. In addition, steering column smokes at speeds of 45 mph. Also, seat heater burned a hole in driver's seat/burned driver's leg. Smokes and smolders when set on high and seat is occupied.
