Not sure what is going on here. Engine does not look to have vacuum hoses broken, wondering if it may be under the dash somewhere. All the vents seem to be operating as they should, but it would not surprise me if those "funny little engineers" at VW put a vacuum nipple under the dash for the actuator between the the heater core and A/C evaporator.
If any one of you "tuner" dudes out there with an old Jetta have encountered/fixed this problem, please let us all know. You will be doing us a great service! Thank You and Best Regards from Mr. Mean St. (USA)
