I had the AC compressor go out, which of course means no cold air. Living in San Diego isn't as bad as some desert areas, but you still want cool air in the summer! Of course the mechanics tell me it's a dual compressor, making it more expensive, about $900 with labor and parts. It's winter now, but when the weather heats up in a few months, it's going to get annoying again! If anyone has any tips on getting it replaced cheaper, please let me know!
