I purchase this car from CBS Quality cars in Roxboro, N.C. on March 12,2013. The air bag light came on a week after I purchase the car. I ask my husband to take it back to the dealers only for them to say that they don't have the proper equipment to cut the light off. They told him to take the car somewhere to get them to turn the light off. My husband took it to a place that told him that the airbags need to be check and he needed to take it back to the dealer where we purchase it and get them to check it out. He took it back and they told him the same thing without looking at the airbag to see what the problem is. I have been calling them everyday only to get told that I am the one that has to fix the problem. I even called Volkswagan Jetta themselves only to be told that the air bag light was suppose to have been fixed before the company sold me the car and that it is their responsibility to get the light fixed and not mine. The told me that CBS had to call them before they could look at the car.I was ask to call CBS back to tell them to put the order in, however when I did they told me that they will not because they feel like they should not have to pay for it and if my warranty had gone yet. I was so mad that I called the Finance Company that I am financing the car through Exeter Finance Corp and told them what was happening.I was told that CBS was suppose to pay since I had not made my first payment yet and that they would contact them to find out what the problem was and call me back. Well no one called me back and every time I attempt to call CBS they give me the run around. So I called them one more time today to tell them that I was going to get a lawyer if they did not check the light out so I was transferred to the guy that did the closing on the car he was rude and told me that their job was to sell me the car and after they sold it to me then it was my job to fix what ever problem that the car had. He even laugh in my face and I told him that I feel that they should fix it not me since the light was on a week after the car and that the only thing I wanted them to do was check it out to make sure that their was no malfunction in the bag since I have three children that ride with me along with other passengers. He was so rude and talked so much junk that I just hung up the phone.
