The stock non- HID headlights in my 2010 JETTA Sportswagen is inadequate and a safety hazard as the headlights are unable to project far enough ahead and to the sides to illuminate and see curves and turns on the road at normal driving speed limits. My JETTA is brand new and this problem is obvious and stressful! This prompted me to do some research online and when I researched this problem I did indeed find others with the same safety concerns and complaints! I called the dealer and they told me to contact Volkswagen USA. I called Volkswagen USA about this problem and also told them that other JETTA owners have documented the same concerns online and they told me that they intend to do absolutely nothing for me or to correct this headlight problem on JETTAS at this time. It looks like people will have to die before they will act on this dangerous inadequate headlight problem!
