When I went to check the cabin air filter, as a suggestion from my son as to the heating/cooling of the air conditioner system, and found the diffuser (as seen in the Photo's) was duck taped in place. This was the first time I had ever looked for the filter so I was shocked to find the diffuser in that conditioner. I believe that it did not come from the factory that way but as of yet I have not had a response from Sheppard Motors in Medford, Oregon.
