The horn went out and had to be repaired TWICE within the first year of ownership. From what I understand, the first time was a repair and the second time they replaced the horn relay. Just a little over three years later (and surprise surprise out of the warranty period) and the horn has gone out again. No high horn, no low horn, no kidding. A quick Google search shows I'm not the only one experiencing problems the horn on this era of Jettas.
