My 2013 Jetta's A/C would stop working at traffic lights or while the car was at low idle. Took it to the dealership but it was outside of warranty so it cost me $850 to fix (compressor). Less than two years later started doing it again. This time I started using the shifter instead of the regular automatic selector and it seems to work, the A/C will stay cold. Don't really know what's going on but I refuse to replace compressor just to have it happen again.
