I had my car in for an oil change and when I got it back, the bottom driver's side of the windshield had a 6-inch crack. The dealership said they didn't do it (which I think is BS), but that it looked like a stress fracture from being twisted. Oh, you mean like it was up on a hoist for an oil change and the hoist wasn't straight? Anyway it cost me $400 to replace the windshield because the fracture spread and the whole bottom corner was now cracked.
