I got a brand new 2017 Jetta and it had 17 miles on it. After I got it I mentioned this door squeak to them, it's been in 4 times since and had the door hing replaced with no fix yet. It's a fairly loud squeak (especially in a garage) only one door does it but I've never had a car with such a loud squeak. (Paint also chips easy)
