Jetta R Line 1.4L

Frontal anti crash sensor will just fault out. It will then be deactivated. Could be sunny, cloudy rainy or whatever but it will do this almost every time I drive it. I still have warranty but the way it sounds VW will not do anything to fix. I have had this issue since I bought it last month. Bought from a Nissan dealer which has ignored me.
