I bought the 2019 Jetta in May of 2020. It started with squealing noise in front end and was told it was normal and there was nothing they could do.
In November 2020, I started having a very loud squealing and grinding noise when backing up. I once again took it to the VW dealer and they said it was normal again. The service rep told me to hang my phone out the window and try and get it recorded while backing up so they can hear it for themselves. This is a horrible loud noise and I can't believe that VW would have no remedy for this issue.
