My 2019 Jetta SEL seems to slip through gears at low speeds with very jerky shifts, especially when downshifting as I come to a traffic light.

Car has slipped into neutral 4 times now while driving. Twice it totally stopped in the road and made a grinding like noise as I was pressing on the gas. The other two times I was able to coast to somewhere safe. All times I have to put it into park real quick then drive again.
It also accelerates extra slow and lags a bit.
I have taken it in 3 times and keep getting the run around and NO help. I am once again sent off driving it. Customer care won't do anything either to help.

I have taken my Jetta to the dealer twice now for them to tell me that they can't find a problem with my transmission. These 8 speed automatics have issues with grinding, leaking, and slipping at higher mileage. Yet VW doesn't claim responsibility. My manual for my Jetta says automatic transmission needs a service every 80,000 but I didn't even make it to 65,000 before it started kicking and slipping. It has also been grinding in low speed, with a low load in the transmission. I just wish they could own up to this. I am still a big VW fan, I love their cars that's why I bought this one in the first place. But this Transmission issue is really making me lose my love of them. Everything else about it is great, I just need my transmission fixed to how it should have been originally.
