Jetta S 1.8L

I had purchased a 2020 VW Jetta (S), 1.8L turbo, 8 speed Tiptronic Automatic Transmission in October of 2020. Within the first 6 months of owning this vehicle, the fuel pump started having issues causing the vehicle to run like it had a misfire and tripping the sensors lighting the Service Vehicle Light on the dash. Vehicle had 7k miles on it. Brought in for service, the dealership replaced the fuel pump. (warranty covered). It did however, wreck a planned vacation. Next issue I experienced: At approximately 24k mileage, discovered oil in the coolant. Suspected a bad oil cooler. Took vehicle to dealership, they agreed and replaced the oil cooler which took them three days to accomplish. When the vehicle was returned to me, I found it ran worse now than before they replaced the oil cooler. The transmission was now slipping and missing gears. Again, found oil in the coolant reservoir. Suspected a bad transmission oil cooler and suspected that water had entered into the torque convertor. Brought vehicle back to the dealership. This time I was told the vehicle needed a "new engine." After the dealership replaced the engine they discovered the transmission was still having problems. (duh, that's what I told them to begin with.) This vehicle is still at the dealership three weeks later waiting for Volkswagen to authorize the transmission replacement, as I have been told that it now also needs a new transmission. Note: this vehicle is less than 2 years old, with under 25,000 miles on it and the service schedule has been followed religiously. The dealership has been really bad about contacting me (the customer) to keep me informed of anything going on. They did/and do NOT have a loaner car program, so I have been paying for a new vehicle that has been in the shop now for over a month. Forced to "rent" a car so I can get to and from work daily. NO financial compensation or any other compensation has been offered in the situation. Nothing more than, you can go pound sand. When I tried to contact corporate at Volkswagen I get nowhere. At this point, I just want the vehicle fixed so I can go trade it in for something I can rely on; as obviously this vehicle is one which you can not.
