About 2 years ago my Drivers Side Rear seat belt got stuck in the retracted position. I cart children around so this is extremely inconvenient. I took it to the dealership and wanted $800 to fix it. It remains unfixed to this day. I am going to have to YouTube the fix and do it myself.
