Passat Luxury VR6

At 15,010 miles the engine developed a loud buzz on startup. The dealer advised that an oil pump bolt had sheared and that a new engine was needed. Over 3 weeks later the car is still at the dealership and they advised yesterday that they had fitted a replacement engine and it had the same problem.
