Passat LX 2.0L

I took my VW to a local dealer. He put it on the machine and said I had 18 codes that came up. He couldn't fix my problem because he said it had to many codes. Cost me about $600.00 and time away from work. I filed a complaint with VW and was given a tracking number now no-one will contact me, I even called the home office for VW. They said it was probably going to be a recall on some of my issues but haven't heard anything from them. They said I should take it to a VW dealer only about 60 miles away and not safe to drive, they suggested I have it towed but were not sure if they would pay for that.

I have a car that I am making payments on and do not feel safe to drive it. I really like my car but I need help, am a senior citizen and have limited income. I listed some of the complaints on the add complaints but not sure if all were received. I have engine problems, fuel problems, and possibly some electrical problems. Who will help?

It seams to me their guessing with all their technology and training its just that the car is poorly designed or they have cheep parts. and because they don't guaranty their cars for more than 50000 miles they know. vw use to be a dependable long lasting ca. T hat is why I always bought them. I drive a lot and being on the rode by my self allot i need a dependable car. and not being rich or well off.(just a working single mother)I need something that lasts. Well Chevy gives a 100,000 mile warranty, so does Hyundai, they must have a lot of faith in their vehicles. Maybe its time to join the ones that stand behind their product.

I have not even had this car a year and the fuel injection is messed up. VW & the Steve White dealership keeps on telling me they stand by their product. Too bad their product sucks!
