I am the user of Volkswagen Passat TDI Bluemotion. I bought it on 02.07.2012 from VW authorized dealer Aykan in Turkey. All the maintenance (15.000km and 30.000 km) has been done by VW technique department. My car is now on 41.000 km. I got it to VW technique department because of shaky motion and warning of water loss. And this service told me that 3 of injector, cylinder upper head cover, water pump and grease ball are out of order. I wonder as a women driver despite the fact that I buy diesel fuel from reliable and well known fuel station, how can a 2,5 years old and on 41.000 km car make all that problems?
VW technique department told me that because of my car guarantee has finished, they can only make a 70% off for that defective components.
This situation is not the equipollency of my trust in VW. I attribute this defective components to manufacturing fault. I am working in a hospital and I can not use my car! I kindly request the necessary survey will made. Thank you for your attention.
