Took the car to the Dealer previously for air leaks on both front door windows. They replaced/adjusted the seals and said it was fixed. Returned last month because the drivers side still leaks air badly above 45/50 mph. Gets worse the faster you go, so instead of just dropping the car off so "the problem could not be reproduced" as they like to say/hide behind, I asked the Service Manager to drive my car while I sat right beside him and get his thoughts at that time. Well, he made me drive so he could sit behind me with his cut-off stethoscope and run the tube around the windows.
He then asks to trade places and tells me the leak is in the back door/window and that must be what I hear, so we swap. As I'm sitting in the back seat and he reaches speed, it sounds almost like the rear door isn't even closed all of the way. They kept the car for 10 days and replaced the gasket for the rear view mirror on the drivers door because he did hear the front leak after they "taped off" the back door/window....? Front windows still leak air, but nothing like the rear. I ask for the leaks to be fixed and I'm being told everything is working as designed, may just be "air-over-trim" noise. I know this is not true since I've found a lot of posts saying cars with an "early production date" do not have the noise, so something must have changed in the materials being used. I was told they have another Passat like mine that leaks air just as bad, did I want to drive it? How does this make the problem any better, 2 wrongs make a right?
The Service Manager started to not pay attention to my requests, so I acquired his Boss' contact info and emailed him directly. I go sit down with him in 4 days to explore resolution, but this will be the 3rd attempt should they agree to try again, so I'm planning on filing a Lemon Law "Breach of Contract" case if they do or do not accept the car back.

Will update after next weeks meeting.
