broken clock spring broken clock spring broken clock spring

Took to dealer in Dallas in October when all lights come on and steering wheel locked up and was hard to turn and the right tire was face out even when parked straight. Dealer said it was clock spring and car was safe to drive. They put in the order. Today is April 18th and still no part. In December my car was no longer drivable as everything on the right side of the tire broke and were bent from force the steering wheel to turn. Dealership refuses to fix it saying the clock spring had nothing to do with it. This is all after I was told the car was safe to drive. I was driving when this happened and made the car come to a complete stop making me hit my head on the steering wheel. I have spent over $1000.00 in towing and parts. My car is still not drivable because of clock spring. I am wanting to sue because I was told it was safe to drive and cause all that damage.

Passat TDI 4 cyl 2wd

I have been hearing a scratching noise under the steering wheel for a few days, and yesterday the airbag system shut down. It's going to be almost $1000 to fix, and is not safe to drive.
