2020 Passat R-line Ac vent clips just snapped off. I live in Upstate NY so we experience hot temperatures around 90 degrees, but nothing like Southern heat. I got in my car one day and turned on my A/C, went to go move a vent over, and the clip to move the vent around just fell right off. I used ZERO force to move it, and it just fell off and broke into 3 or 4 pieces of brittle plastic. The next day, 2 more vents broke. I turned on my AC and I had pieces of plastic shooting out at me and went to go move the vent, and boom. The clips just fell right off. This is unacceptable for a 2020 and VW with only 6500 miles.
