headliner falling off headliner falling off

interior fabric falling apart

I reported the problem twice to ATL Autohaus, the company from the which I bought the car in May 2011, and until this day they have not replied to my email.

I do not believe a five year old car should be falling apart like this. I have seen cars over 20 years old and they don't look as shabby as mine.

I need redress.
