One of my keys began to act up only locking/unlocking occasionally. Finally, it would no longer open the sliding doors or trunk hatch. Changed the batteries twice, attempted to reprogram the key and nothing worked. The key had to be completely replaced which is quite costly for such a small piece. If I had to pay full price for a key replacement, I would be a bit more upset; however, I had an extended warranty that covered the cost of the key.
