I was made to report my vehicle Multiple times and multiple time Volkswagen managed unethical way to fooling where in spite showing reports there was no action. Volkswagen claims that the problem is with many vehicles which has been managed by other owners of the vehicle. Doors have been taped to fix the door gaps due to manufacturing defect, brakes are substandard, wipers are substandard, tires are substandard with no warranty worst of all first Insurance along with vehicle is unreliable. Two rims bend where in only one to be considered eligible as second rim is not that much bent. Further, in spite follow-up indent were not made for the replacement. Standby tire slot is a challenge as regular tire dose not fit in same slot. Braking challenges as ABS dose not work.
Further, reviewed Volkswagen vehicle manual where in the manual is a casually managed as the vehicle is newly launched. Volkswagen workshop are casually managed and trained on vehicle.

I had no choice but to sell my car at a loss to eliminate the challenges with in one year of experience.
I could not understand that do we purchase a brand like Volkswagen brand with no experience and with unethical way try fooling customer.
Volkswagen only informed to rereport vehicle with uncertainty over who's responsible workshop blame Volkswagen for such defects further claimed that the new vehicle are with no issues as they have addressed the problem. In spite follow up with Volkswagen with only one answer report vehicle to the workshop from where I have purchased with no action nor response.
