problem #1

Jun 062018

Tiguan S 4 Motion 2.0L Turbo

  • Automatic transmission
  • 115,000 miles

The vehicle had very minor oil leaks around the upper and lower front timing covers and valve cover. It didn't show any significant loss of oil between changes, and none on the garage floor under the car. The dealer says the oil caused the seals in the water pump to fail, resulting in a significant repair. Everything seemed fine after the repair.
