I've had my car since the end of Aug 2017, it was the 20,883 car off the assembly line per my VIN number. I started having issues with the car ten days after purchase for a variety of reasons. I do NOT trust the car's safety or reliability, thou I do like the size and comfort of the vehicle (minus some annoying issues). I now have a second file open with VW customer care, the most recent one is the driver side door seems to move while the car is driving. When I put my fingers between the door frame and body just under the foam seal you can feel the pressure on your fingernails, it's as though the door is bowing in and out. This does not occur in the back seat. I've had a VW service foreman confirm my concerns as he felt the movement as well in the driver door, but no movement in the back doors. I'm concerned this may be connected to the intermittent rattling/clicking noise coming from (what I think) is the B-Pillar on the driver side. I am now waiting for a plan of action from VW.
