The contact owns a 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan. While driving unknown speeds on rough terrain, there was an abnormal ticking, rattling, and knocking noise emerging from the frame. The vehicle was taken to hamilton Volkswagen (2200 NJ-33 hamilton, NJ 08690, 844-858-4565) where it was diagnosed that the B pillar needed to be repaired.
