The problem is at least disturbing. The noise of the front right suspension generally happens when the car goes over a speed bumper, not when suspension is compressing but when it is expanding (just as getting out of the bumper). My perception is like the shock absorber only works on a certain range of the total displacement. I have asked twice in 2 different local dealers but they don't seem too anxious to investigate the problem, the first one (at 1000 km), the dealer where I bought the car even told me that the noise is perfectly normal. The other VW dealer took the car (at 2000 km) to perform a "complete" suspension adjustment. They told me they found loose the stabilizer bar but they didn't remove the shock absorber. The overall noise reduced a little bit but the bump noise is still there. Supposing that the dealer performed a real good job tightening the suspension is my guess that the front right shock absorber is defective or it is not well installed.

Update from Jul 20, 2018: I found another Tiguan owner and he also complained about the noise. He is going to report to his dealer about the problem, so maybe it can be general assembly problem or a defective piece installed.
