Tiguan SE 4motion 2.0t

Have had a front suspension issue since 8k miles, which dealership can’t duplicate and claims is normal operation. Instructed me to have new tires and an alignment to remedy. Pre-alignment settings were within spec and after having new tires, and alignment problem still persist. Dealership says it’s normal.
