This Touareg is the best vehicle AWD system I've ever encountered...in snow. On dry pavement, it binds on hard turns, lurches when turning into a drive when giving it gas, you'll sometimes have some resistance which requires more throttle but it acts like something is holding back when all of a sudden the throttle engages! On going hesitation VW says is maybe due to a poor grade of gas... bullshit! I always buy premium and I 95% of the time buy it at Costco which is very good on filter changes and pump maintenance.
