Touareg R Line 3.0L V6 Petrol

I have a new Touareg and it deploys its Emergency Braking System randomly which is very dangerous and frightening. The car is less than 6 months old and an associate has had the same problem, so I would like VW to exchange the vehicle rather than provide me with an old small Polo for weeks.
