I purchased this year new Touran Volkswagen Model 2010 from Cairo / Egypt (B Auto showroom as dealer for Egyptian Automotive & Trading Co. / Volkswagen Egyptian agency) last month 21/01/2010 The received Touran Spec’s:

Engine type TSI (Turbo Super Charger Injection), 1.4 ltr. 140Hp. Operating equipment Full options, with 6 speed automatic dual clutch gearbox, Cruise Control, Multi-Function Steering Wheel covered with leather, ESP (Electronic Stabilization Program),Radio CD/Mp3, Climatronic Air Conditioner (2 Zones), Rear parking sensors, Halogen head lights, Rear fog light, 6 Airbags coming out of 10 point.

but has some of change than what mentioned in Volkswagen website as unavailability front fog light, Zanon, USB connection, Bluetooth and others specially … no spare tire / rim and without spare tire storage area inside the vehicle …

previously I emailed to Mr. Karim Naggar / Chairman and CEO for Egyptian Automotive & Trading Co. asking him is this Egypt Touran 2010 regular proper) Spec’s ? Or May there is mistake with this delivered and received Touran Spec’s ….. But No answer!! SO … I hereby try to explain my issue to your kindly self and hopping to get from your honestly office some advise and / or information

Just I need to add my Opinion ..... to whom concern ....... if you kindly accepted ...... from safety point of view, It's more important to supply with this Touran vehicle the lifting Jack and (tire / rim) spanner tool (which not supplied with my new Touran) farther more the spare tire / rim, this specially in middle east and more specially in Egypt as almost countries aware by Egypt roads and traffic more over that the traveling distance which may not matching with Volkswagen design idea (to repair the tire defect by available sealant for limited distance until nearest car service station) no enough roads service station on Egypt high speed traffic roads (i.e. AL-AIN AL-Soukhna, Houghadh road, upper Egypt west assiut high way, upper Egypt east desert way and Al-Sahel Alshamaly high way .... act.) and safely feeling with family during travel it is important ... even by consider another car manufacturing designed (as Toyota, Kea, Chevrolet, ... mini van or van) all have the spare tire, the Lifting Jack and the tire spanner tools, not as Volkswagen Touran 2010
