The quality of the microphone for the Bluetooth system is really bad. It's hard for the person on the phone call to hear me speak. This also means that voice to text options with Siri are not available (she can't understand me). I've tried linking different phones, confirming cell phone strength and moving closer to the mic.
This is a big pain in the ass as I live in a hands free law state. I'm really concerned my safety is at risk- if I can't reach my phone to make a call to EMS, I don't have a good option to clearly speak to emergency response. I also can not do voice to text so i have to fumble with how to respond to texts.
I noticed this immediately after buying it. I have had it reviewed over 5 times by two dealerships. They are unable to resolve; therefore I can't use the speaker phone.
