there have been 2 instances where I had bird crap on the paint.each time,i used a sopping wet towel/rag to remove,trying to make sure I was careful.well,both times,it left ugly scratches in my paint.i have contacted Volvo,and it has taken 2 weeks for my dealer to contact me.i am being told this is not normal,and a Volvo rep wants to look at my car.I've never had a car do this before,especially a $47,000 car.
