The dealer, Kelly Volvo, Ft. Wayne IN doesn't care about customer satisfaction. Don't buy a volvo. They can't get right on first try and charge excessively. Doesn't listen to customer of 19 years! Will never use them again. Volvo Customer Service failed us also. Better cars on the market for your money.
