2001 Volvo S60 stalled while on a major freeway. The turn signal bulbs needed to be replaced. The mass air flow had not been cleaned.

I proceeded to pass a vehicle and lost power could only drive at approx.35M.P.H. I then had to brake and return behind and to the side of the road. I took it in for repair and was told it was a software error.
