The contact owns a 2014 Volvo S60. The contact stated that the vehicle was consuming an abnormal amount of engine oil per week. Additionally, the heater and defroster/defogger failed to operate as designed. There was no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic to be diagnosed.
