both rocker panels came almost off on both sides

I bought my wife a 2017 S60 in 2021, and it had only 32,327 miles on it and is very nice car. But sometimes in 2022 I notice the driver side Rocker panel and drop down a few inches and I took the car back to Volvo dealership where I bought the car and asking then to fixed it and they told me, I can get it fixed at their Body shop at my expensed. So, I left because I didnt think I should fix it at the time because the car was still under CPI warranty. So, I left and not worry too much because it didnt look so bad. Then this October the 30th day 2024, I came back from shopping, and I approach our car I noticed passenger Rocker panel was puff out and drop down and I thought maybe a car had hit the car, but after looking around I saw that the car had not been hit. Then I remember that the same thing that happened to the driver side of the car. I then contact the Volvo customer service and made complaint and demand that they fix the car because this poor craftsmanship of the car and it was nothing that I did to cause both rocker panels to pop out at the exact same place, but at first the agent say that is not our problem because your car is out warranty. I told I know it out warranty but as you can see that both panels have pop and should be the manufacture's problems because you just can`t sale defective product and the customer should fix our poor workmanship of the car.

So later I took the car back to the Crown Volvo of Greensboro where I bought the car, and I showed the car to service advisor, and they told me that if the manufacture will contact them if they should fix it. So, at the present they have not gotten back with yet. I just want to make this complaint because it might be others Volvo owner having the same problem and think that it your faults that your rocker panels have pop out but it not and Volvo should be made to fix this problem., Volvo are making defective cars and then sending them to America at a very high price but their car is very defective , because I had a Volvo S60 2012 and the engine blow with less than 100,000 miles and they did nothing to help with that and now their rocker panels is defective and they will not fix that either.
