This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Volvo dealer.
From my 2nd original complain to VCNA:
just a week ago I was at the dealer and changed the oil for my Volvo. I have 29,xxx miles on my car and the maintenance is not due until 30,000. However, just a few moments ago I was looking for my books on the back seat and saw water on the floors again. All my things in the back on the passengers' side were wet and watery. The dealer is already closed and I am just giving you heads up.
In 2014, I lost time, my personal items were damaged etc. due to the water intrusion on the floors.
Now, the same problem again. Is that how Volvo designed? I am very disappointed. Please advise on the situation. Thank you

From the original my complain to VCNA:
Current Volvo model: S40/V50/C70/V40 UNSP Current Car model year: 2007 VIN, Chassis or registration no.: Dont have at the moment Current Volvo mileage: 5001-10000 Volvo dealer contacted: Volvo of Oak Park Contact person at dealer: Volvo market contacted: Volvo Cars USA Contact person at market: Please enter your message here:: Hello, it is a relatively new car with low mileage (9,000 miles), but it is already causing water problems. The water (after rain or snow) does not run thru the designated areas. Instead, it goes into the car itself causing floor damage: constant wet floors. Does Volvo knows about the issues and how can Volvo help me to solve this problem? Do you have recalls or warranties for such problem?
