The contact owns a 2015 Volvo V60. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 19V849000 (latches/locks/linkages) however, the part to do the recall repair was unavailable. The contact called the Volvo store (1051 w webster ave #3033, winter park, fl 32789;(407) 628-0550). The dealer refused to schedule an appointment due to parts not being available. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware if the issue and stated that the parts would be available second week of June. The contact had not experience a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.
