After usage seat belts will not retract to home box, resulting in buckle latches damaging interior of vehicle/ door lights.

With a child seat installed in the center seat, the buckle for the right rear passenger is blocked by the base of the child seat. An extended buckle as was installed in Jeep Grand Cherokee (as referenced in your id #6I004000) is a possible solution.
