We shut our tailgate as we were about to leave a parking garage. As we started heading up the ramp to the street, the tailgate latch on its own decided to unlock and swing open, hitting the ceiling of the garage, with the tailgate window smashing to smithereens. I think Volvo needs to stand behind this defect and replace the rear windshield under warranty.
