My new 2015 XC70 has poor to no reception in AM. The 2008 XC70 had no issues with radio. It was a surprise to find the new 2015 did.
At the dealership they said the radio was working fine. So, no fix. In fairness it does tune in to close by AM stations. But when in the SF Bay Area I do expect to hear local AM stations. I couldn't get KGO except when IN San Francisco. I got better AM reception on a cheap old fashioned transistor radio.
