The sunroof and curtain make a loud scratching sound when opening an closing. The sunroof and curtain open by itself, even when the engine is off. Open and closes repeatedly even when not prompted to do so. Shocking. Volvo South Africa, and dealer, are so incompetent they have taken the car twice and none of them know what is going on. They changed some part on the car, and the sound is even worse than before, and sunroof opens even quicker than before, by itself. Brand New Motor vehicle. Bought it cash... Sad that a brand with such a good reputation, can sell defective cars.
