Had the issue with the rear door not locking, the door could be opened and the alarms wouldn't go off. We notice the first day with the app that the rear tailgate would not close. The only way it would close properly was if you hit it or use it when the vehicle is running. After 3 trials and about a week they kept it, I got the car back, however now after 2 days, I have a check engine with an O2 sensor issue. I'm not very happy with the purchase so far, I was expecting this to be reliable, the dealer does not want to change or refund the purchase.
