The dealership tried to convince me it was from parking my vehicle in the sun and that it had melted. However, this vehicle had been parked in a garage at home and work. So, I asked if parking while at the store for a few hours could do this, and if so, their materials were not worth the cost we paid for them, and they should be ashamed to charge the price they did. I asked for their corporate office number as I would not be charged for repairs. Also, when they did repair my truck, when I went to pick it up, the doors would not unlock, and the trunk would not open. The gentleman had the nerve to tell me it did not open when she brought it in. I said it did not start when I brought it in because it had water in the trunk. Did you leave the water in the trunk as well? The people are ridiculous that work at BMW!
