When shifting the vehicle into reverse, the passenger side mirror points down to show the curb for parking. After shifting into drive, the passenger side mirror stays in the lower position instead of returning to the normal position. The dealership has installed updated software but the problem returned after the first time turning off the car.

Update from Jan 19, 2021: The lower position of the mirror makes the right side of the car unable to see traffic when driving forward so can easily cause an accident.

Update from Jan 25, 2021: The dealership found that the reversing mirror motor needed to be replaced. The motor was replaced and software was updated on the car. Now is working as expected.
