problem #3

Cruze LS 1.4L 4 cyl Turbo

  • Automatic transmission
  • 6,000 miles

I started up my car and shifted into gear. When I went to accelerate, my car stalled out. I called a local Chevrolet dealer and scheduled service and complained about my car stalling out. They decided to tell me about how the Start/Stop system works. Yes. I'm aware how that works, I've had this car for months. This was NOT that. They basically said that without an engine light on, they can't do anything. They didn't even validate my concern, they said it's "by design" (no! Its not. Start/stop, is but this was NOT that.)

The transmission is automatic, I feel like that's worth mentioning.
